As an Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the events, venues and cultural experiences that bring our community together. From major events and venue bookings to customer service and digital communications, no two days will look the same. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinate a diverse range of administrative activities, and ensure every detail is handled accurately and professionally.

You'll find growth through:
Providing high-quality administrative support across a diverse branch that includes theatres, event venues, showgrounds and community events.
Coordinating venue hire enquiries, preparing agreements, managing compliance documentation and ensuring accurate fees and charges are applied.
Supporting major projects, events, meetings, reports and grant application activities while developing your organisational and problem-solving skills.
Contributing to website administration, digital communications and customer engagement activities that promote events and services across the region.
Working alongside a collaborative, supportive team in a fast-paced environment that offers variety, opportunities to meet new people and ongoing professional development
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Certificate III in Office Administration, Event Management or an equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated experience in an administration or customer service role with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Highly developed organisational, written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with business, booking or customer management systems.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, manage competing priorities and follow established policies, procedures and compliance requirements
We would also love you to have:

Experience working in an events, performing arts, cultural services or tourism environment
Experience maintaining websites, social media platforms or other digital communication channels.
Experience supporting procurement, financial administration processes or reporting activities.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $70,498 to $81,930 plus superannuation.
